Seller was very helpful and generous but unfortunately I had to return the package because some of the leave (x6) came soggy due to long stay in the post office. The leaves came in padded envelope but it may have helped if they were double wrapped in paper tissues for extra protection in this cold winter. I felt communication was not that great towards the end. The leaves were good value for the money and will repurchase in the spring when the weather is better.

The item was a pack of watercress seeds at £1.75, and I cought two. What I got one envelope of microscopic seeds. The seller claimed it contained the full 1300, whichis very likely true, Which is more trouble, the seller making up one envelope per item, or me doing an approximate division, supplying a iny envelope you can't buy retail, and repacking the half I intrnded to send to my sister? No, not even more trouble... Which was RIGHT?

Ebay need to clamp down on this type of buyer ,i attempted to communicate to try to resolve the issue [explained how many Watercress seeds to gram ] no reply, I offered the Buyer a full refund on return of seeds ,still no contact but negative review ! did he really think id just refund him & allow him to keep the seeds because the seeds were smaller than he'd anticipated ? as a minimum Ebay need to make sure buyers at least communicate. looking @ the feedback communication isn't a strong point

He tried to resolve the matter? Sounds like I must have communicated, and messed about sending a picture. He accepted the return, but his contribution to the return was to refuse the return label, saying he couldn't supply one. But he could have. He didn't resolve the dispute. But somebody else did! Next step is to do something about his personal abuse masquerading as positive feedback.
