PCM Global Trading Limited provide a 1 year RTB warranty on all NEW items sold to cover defaults in manufacture only. This is in addition to any statutory rights. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty the customer should make contact immediately in order to obtain an RMA number. This request can be via e-mail, eBay message or telephone. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA number. Accidental damage or damage due to misuse or neglect of the product is not covered by our warranty, although we do offer chargeable repair in such situations. Refurbished items carry 3 months warranty. Please note: Customer is liable for return postage costs except where a manufacturing fault has been identified. In such cases PCM Global Trading Limited will be happy to reimburse postage costs. E & O e
