I'm a real person who loves buying and selling clothes. Due to a chronic illness my weight has varied over the last 3 years so I sell items ranging from size 14-18 shoes size UK 6-7, but all the clothes sold have been bought for myself.

I live in a smoke free home with a kitten; while the kitten in general keeps well clear of the room I store my clothes and other items in (he prefers bidding to selling!) I cannot guarantee there will be no cat hairs on any item, so if you are severely allergic, please bear this in mind when bidding.

Please send payment within 5 days of listing closing (under special circumstances I will extend this deadline but you must contact me to let me know either prior to bidding or within 2 days of winning. If I have not had payment or contact within 7 days of the listing ending I will re-list the item without further attempts to contact you and leave appropriate feedback.

All items will be posted as soon as payment has cleared. For low value items I post 2nd class and get proof of posting. For more valuable items I post second class recorded at this protects both buyer and seller with insurance to the value of £32 and requires a signature on delivery. Items over 1Kg will be posted first class in accordance with Royal Mail regulations. I am happy to upgrade postage/insurance at cost please email me with your requirements. All my postage is calculated based on the size and weight of the wrapped item according to the Royal Mail website and includes cost of packaging materials as appropriate although I try to recycle packaging where possible. Overseas bidders should email me for cost before bidding if costs are not listed. If you agree to collect and item and fail to turn up I will hold your item one month and make 3 attempts to rearrange collection before re-listing with no return of money.

A lot of my items are vintage and will therefore show signs of wear. I always do my best to describe any particular areas of wear and show photographs. I don't usually accept returns unless the item differs significantly from my description. I value my fabulous feedback record - if you are unhappy for any reason please contact me within one week of receipt and I will do my best to sort out the problem including return for refunds.. I will not accept returns on the basis of fit or change of heart! If I do agree to a refund, the item must be returned to me in the same condition as it was sent out, within a week of agreeing the refund and the buyer is responsible for return postage.

I abide strictly by the regulations concerning the sale of furs covered in The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species Appendices l, ll & lll I will NOT and do NOT sell or buy listed furs, even those considered vintage. I do however sell non listed VINTAGE furs, these furs are a part of our history and culture, the animals deserve to remembered and honoured and for every vintage fur that is recycled, one less fur has to be raised and killed today. Not everyone agrees with this stance and so all sales of fur remain private for your protection and privacy.
