Exactly as described very fast delivery & good communication. I did ask her if i order can i get it delivered by sat & she told me that she can s3nd it the following day so that she reaches by sat but guess what it was hear by Thursday earlier than i expected.

1. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. 2. When it arrived it was broken (packaging also left something to be desired- not sure how hygienic the cross was to put on cake!). 3. Contacted seller, they advised how to try fix- didn't work, not enough time for replacement to be sent. 4. I asked for £2 part refund to cover the cost of buying fondant icing filler, they agreed. (I don't think that is unreasonable) 5. Seller never refunded and ghosted when messaged to politely ask for an update 2 days later

I sent a refund of £3 to you? I offered to replace the cross straight away but you didn't want the replacement. These are handmade to order and require time to dry
