Return policy
Customers can return goods as long as they inform us of their intention to do so within 8 days from receipt, and as long as the goods are new, complete, unused, undamaged, unmolested, and in exactly the same condition as received, and so that they are suitable for re sale as new. Customers returning goods are responsible for both the original postage and packaging fees and the return postage and packaging fees. Please Note you are advised to consider as another option to sell any unwanted item purchased yourself on ebay, often it is a better financial option to re sell than return especially with heavy costly items and worth consideration.
Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked insured postal service to return goods, we can only refund if we receive the goods back and in the condition described above.
