Many of our items have free postage and packaging. We despatch, as far as possible, the same day as the order is received. Please remember when leaving feedback that you are judging us on the despatch time NOT the delivery time. We use UKMail Couriers, Parcelforce and Royal Mail for our deliveries. Many of our items are delivered within 2 working days and we always email our customers with the tracking details of their order when the item is despatched by courier/parcelforce. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble returns policy. Unwanted items must be returned within the 7 day cooling off period. We are unable to accept returns without the sales record number or proof of purchase. Additionally you will be responsible for returning the goods unused to us at your own cost. You have a duty of care to ensure that the item is returned to us in re-saleable condition, take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime/in transit and please ensure the goods are packaged in their original packaging in order to avoid damage on its return as items received damaged may not be fully refunded.
