I worked for over 10 years in retail and hospitality services, and for nearly 6 years in car manufacturing (where I met my partner). I recently lost my job due to ill health, as did my partner. I do car boots, craft shows and markets. My partner is a musician.

I accept returns as specified in my ads as long as there's no hygiene issues. Full refunds given once eBay fee recredit forms have been filled in. However, I always appreciate an email first explaining any problems, I will always try my best to help.

I strongly believe in good customer service on ebay. I try to treat buyers how I would like to be treated by a seller, with honesty and reliability. I always appreciate seeing customers who would like to visit my sales again,although all customers are welcomed just the same (unless they're non-payers!!!).
