paypal, cheque or postal order. I ask that payment is made within 3 days of winning the auction. Collection in person is also welcomed, and obviously there is no charge for this.
Delivery information
I dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment. My p&p charges reflect not only what it costs me to post your item - but also what it costs me to package it! I buy new packaging (mailing bags, tissue paper, bubblewrap etc) and tape etc as necessary. I print my labels and include a printed compliment slip. Occasionally I will re-cycle a mailing bag or other packaging - but only if it is in excellent condition. I take pride in the way I package and present my items, and I do so carefully. If I get to the Post Office and find that I have significantly overestimated your postage I will always refund. Some don't! I recently bought an item (for £80) and was charged £20 p&p - actual cost was £8 plus a recycled box. The seller readily agreed they had grossly overestimated postage yet made no offer to refund the £10+ excess they had charged. Please contact me with any issues you may have, p&p or otherwise. Return policy
I'm happy to accept returns and to refund in full if the item is faulty or misdescribed (it hasn't happened yet!). I have also accepted returns and refunded when an item hasn't fit! (although I don't promise that I will always do this). Obviously, for a full refund you will need to return the item. Customer comes first as far as I am concerned, and I welcome and encourage communication regarding queries or problems, either before or after delivery. I am fair and honest, and expect that my customers are too! If there is a problem, please contact me via e-Bay messages so that I can do my very best to resolve it for you.
