complain to ebay by using the dispute process, I have found it very effective myself. Please refrain from harrasive emails towards sellers threatening negative feedback, its against ebay policy, and you can lose your account privilages by venting directly on the seller. This is not my prerogative, it is ebays. and even though sellers can not leave negative feedback on ebay, they can on ebuyer-feedback.com - a universal feedback site for any transaction made on any internet site.
