I always aim to describe items as honestly as possible - any noticeable faults I find will be mentioned in the description. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and all returns are dealt with fairly and quickly. 'Change of mind' returns are accepted within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item - the buyer must pay return postage costs and return the item in the same condition it was received. If an item is found to be faulty or not in the condition described (including damage caused during delivery) a full refund will be given, including the postage cost to return the item.
