Fabulous! Just what dieters need!
1 of 1 found this helpful I decided to buy it as I was interested in the Rosemary Conley plan but didn't want to pay the membership fees so I bought the magazine, and the pots and the DVD from Ebay to save money. The pots to measure out rice, pasta, porridge etc are fantastic!! It gives the perfect portion control on the food...I've already lost 5 pounds this week from using it! The Salsa DVD is really good fun too and breaks the workouts up into sections..you can burn up to 500 calories in one go! I would really recommend this to anyone!
