Our friendly shop on Woodstock Road, Oxford was opened in 2005, specializing in computer and electronics hardware. After a successful year, we decided to diversify our range of products to include other household and office items too. With our experience in computers, information technology (IT) and computer networking, we decided to extend our business to the online community through Ebay, after much encouragement from many of our existing customers.

We prefer Paypal payments, although we also accept direct transfers and cheques. Items are delivered upon cleared payment.

We dispatch within 2 days of cleared payment. Please refer to Ebay advertisment to see the location of item. Most of our goods are from the UK (specified). We also import some of the items from overseas, these take about 14 days to arrive to a UK address - we state this clearly on the advertisment for such items sold.

All our items are tested rigorously before they are advertised, and again before dispatching them to you. Thus, we generally do not accept returns. We have a 100% satisfaction rate from customers as of today, and many are returning customers. If they arrive faulty, perhaps damaged during the delivery, we are happy to accept the item provided you are able to take a high-definition video recording indicating the fault clearly. We only refund the cost of the item, the cost for shipping to you, and for you to ship to us will not be refunded.
