Paypal and (UK) cheque. Please note: I can't post your item out until I've received cleared funds - that includes eCheques as well as ordinary bank cheques. If you are confused about payment methods, let me know and we can probably find a solution.

Generally £3.50 for Recorded and £6.50 for Special Delivery. Recorded Delivery insures you up to £37 if your parcel goes astray. Special Delivery insures you for the entire value of the parcel if it goes missing. As they say, you pays your money, you takes your choice.

Returns are only accepted if the dress is unworn and doesn't smell of cigarettes! Try it on at home and if it doesn't fit then please send it back (including the tag, hanger or plastic covering it will come in) for a refund of the item price. However, I can easily tell if you've worn it out on the tiles a couple of times - please DON'T expect a return. This is a shop, not fancy dress hire!

My feedback as a seller is 100 percent. However, I once left a neutral AS A BUYER for someone who sent me a new mannequin which was rusty, the tube didn't fit into the wooden stand, and the wooden stand was so poorly cut that I couldn't slot it together. So the bloke left me a retaliatory neutral. And with Ebay's new rules, he wouldn't have been able to leave me a neutral because he was clearly a rip-off merchant, but it's taken that neutral I received and knocked my feedback down from 100 percent. Please note that my star rating as a seller is near-perfect! (sorry to rant, but it really annoys me and it's a perfect example of why Ebay changed the feedback system).

Please note I cannot accept Best Offers. I stock items imported from the USA, so I've paid rather a lot in shipping and then customs and VAT. I try to keep my prices as low as I can, so can't go any lower, I'm afraid.
