Most items Shipped by Royal Mail. Dispatch normally 3-5 days after receiving cleared Payment, and transit time normally 1-2 days. Larger items may be sent by Courier. We provide competetive shipping costs based on the actual cost of handling and packaging our items, many of which are delicate and require care. We try to send detailed instructions with all of our items, and all items are individually labelled.

Goods deemed faulty ust be reported IMMEDIATELY, and returned to us as soon as possible for a refund to be issued. All plants and seeds are dispatched in a good state of health and are deemed to be pest-free and disease-free. We are not responsible for plants or seeds which fail to grow under your care! We regret that we cannot refund the cost of postage, but we may replace the item free of charge if possible (subject to supply).

We sell on eBay to reach an extended customer base, as we feel that many of our rarer plants are just too good to be kept a secret! As well as operating our own successful website, we feel that eBay represents a growing group of people who are becoming aware of the convenience and financial prudence of Shopping for Garden Plants online, compared to the High Prices found in Garden Centres, who have to meet high overhead costs. For the same money spent at a Garden Centre, you can purchase twice the Plants from us, and to Gardeners, its the Plants that matter. Our Products represent true value and we are proud to be able to offer such unique items to a wider audience.

Many of our products are unique to eBay, but conversely, we offer a much wider range of products from our website directly. For those who enjoy the thrill of Bidding, eBay is definitely the way things are done - for those who prefer the convenience of direct shopping, the Website is preferred. The Website offers the same secure PayPal payment options, but uses a convenient Shopping Cart, and we have recently added a 'Send as a Gift' feature, which we are unable to offer currently on eBay.
