Shipping We aim to process and dispatch items within one working day of cleared payment (Mon-Fri). UK shipping is via UK Mail 24 (next business day, tracked and insured). Shipping to Europe is via UK Mail 48 (2 to 5 business day, tracked and insured). You will be sent an email with online tracking information as soon as your item has been dispatched. Please contact us within 7 days of your payment clearing if you have still not received your item. Smaller items of lower value are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class (we never use 2nd Class) Some items are Recorded or Special Delivery please check item description. Please also supply a telephone number for us to give to the courier incase of problems.

All faulty products must be reported within 7 Working Days of delivery. Any faulty item must be returned to us and we will cover the return of this carriage once the item is back with us. Any items that are faulty after this period then the customer must pay return carriage, We will pay the carriage for the product back to the customer from us. All returns must have a covering letter and a copy invoice enclosed. Goods may be returned for whatever reason up to 7 Days, They must be in there original packaging, We cannot refund any postage for unwanted items or items ordered by mistake. Warranty information is always stated in the listing I.E 6 Months or 1 Year with us, if manufacturer warranty is available then this must be used.
