My name is Louise, I have been a business seller now on Ebay for a couple of years. I am married with 2 children and 2 lovely cats. I live in a rural village in East Yorkshire not far from the coast.

I love football but I am also a big fan of New Tricks, Castle, Bones, Rizzoli & Isles. Love documentaries too Deadliest Catch, Storm Chasers, Swords etc.

I started out as most people by selling off unwanted items from my home and outgrown clothes from my two children. I loved it that much I them started to buy to sell on. I have an excellent supplier and most of my items are for the fuller figure. Being a plus size myself I know that sometimes it is not easy finding that perfect item so I try to offer a vast range of items to suit all.

I live in a village where I cannot have access to bank cheques as it is not commercially viable to go the bank with each cheque. Therefore I offer payment by Postal Order or Paypal only. If you did want to pay by other means then I am flexible, you only have to ask.

I send all my parcels out in brand new packaging. I am keen on recycling but as I sell clothes I do not think that sending them out in a used carrier bag is very hygenic and as a buyer I do not like to receive items like such. I keep my packaging to a minimum and I charge just 50p above postage rates to cover for the postage bag, documents enclosed sticker and each item is wrapped in tissue paper.

I do have a return policy. All items can be returned within 7 days in the SAME condition that they were received. If the item was brand new with tags, then it has to be received back with the tags still attached. If I have made the error then I will refund ALL charges, including the return postage. If returning for any other reason then I reserve to right to refund the purchase price of the item only.
