History/background
Specialising in models and toys , especially radio control helicopters and 1/43 diecast. However you will often see a much wider range of products appearing on our site.. in the majority these items are NEW. We mainly supply the LAMA 5 radio control helicopter and all the spare parts needed to keep it running. We also offer support for any issues you may have regarding this model of helicopter.

Payment policy
PAYPAL, UK cheque, UK postal order, International money orders in UK pounds. Anything else please contact us.

Delivery information
We will consolidate in most cases. You should wait for a combined invoice if you buy several items. However some things just cannot be consolidated.. for example shipping a guitar with a helicopter just wouldnt work.

Return policy
We do not normally accept returns in the case of auction items. However, in some cases it may be possible, please contact us should you have a problem with an auction item. For BUY IT NOW items you have 7 days to tell us if you have a problem. Returns on BUY IT NOW items will not be accepted unless you email us to discuss returning your item first. We will issue a returns number, any item returned without this number will not be accepted.We mark most items with security markings to avoid being used as a swap shop for defective purchases made elsewhere.
