About Poizen CupCakes !
All my items are Handmade by myself. Alot of time goes into creating each peice. I try to create unique designs using high quality materials. I try to design new items as often as i can during the spare time between my two jobs. Im currently only selling Jewellery and Accessories but hope to move into clothing soon. I DO ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS. If you see a particular item listed but would prefer a different colour or design eg. you like the cupcake hair bows but would prefer the bows to be pink instead of black. Just message me and I'll see what I can do :)

Delivery information
I send all my items first class via royal mail within 24hours of receiving payment. For every other item you buy from me I will only charge £1.

Return policy
Generally I do not accept returns as my descriptions are always made with high quality photographs and detailed descriptions. If however there is a fault due to postage ect please message me.
