We decided to start up our shop, as we had been listing in the auction for app 2 months, gradually listing more items. Pol used to run a Saturday market stall, so we had plenty of stock to start off. We also have good knowledge of our items, based on experience. some of the items we buy direct from point of production in India, so we can keep prices low and offer unique items. We try to offer the best possible customer service,and treat folk the way we would like to be treated, which is backed up by our 100% feedback ratings and cositantly high seller ratings. We also take utmost care when packaging items so that they reach our customers in top condition. Out of app 375 transactions,including app 15-20 trans atlantic sales,and 1 to Australia, we have only had 1 genuine breakage in transit,which we replaced within 3 days.

We prefer Paypal, but we also accept personal cheques, bank draught/cheque and postal/money orders from UK customers. Non UK customers can pay via Paypal. We are also considering offering a facility for Credit card payment.

All items will be dispatched within 2 working days of reciept of cleared payment, usually the same day. We always use Royal Mail First class post,except where stated on heavy items,for which we use Royal Mail Parcels First class, which includes insurance. All items are packed to protect your purchase,which may include the use of shredded paper/polystyrene/bubble wrap.

We do not at present have a returns policy, but if there is a Genuine problem with your purchase, we will do what we can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, in the shortest time possible.
