When it arrived it was well packaged on a pallet and now that I have used it I am very pleased with my purchase.
The only criticism I have is the counter who delivered it didn’t contact me on the delivery day to give me a rough idea when to expect delivery which is only a miner issue really.

Finally arrived! Joshua - sales team was excellent at resolving the problem quickly. So all is well. Cheers. Ps. The lack of packaging on a £95 battery was suprising. I think it would go a long way if you packaged things better. In their original boxes would be ideal since they are new tools. Just a thought.
