History/background
We have been selling calendars for five years now on ebay, and have some fantastic customers.

Payment policy
I prefer paypal but will accept cheques/postal orders only from within the UK. Buyers from outside the UK must use Paypal.

Delivery information
We aim to dispatch your item within 48hrs and usually sends by 1st class recorded delivery. Postage & Packing charges do not cover just the postage, but also includes packaging materials, associated paperwork, packing/handling and transport to post office. We do not bump up our P&P charges for profit. If you do not agree with P&P charges please do not bid.

Return policy
You may return a product you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. You must notify us in writing or e-mail before returning items. You will then be entitled to a refund. You must arrange for & pay the costs of returning the products. Items for return must be in new unused condition in original packaging. We DO NOT accept used products.
