Hat was described as new but had splashes of coffee or coke cola or something over it. Took photos and messaged seller to see if they had sent me the wrong item. Reply just suggested I try wiping it, no apology. Luckily most marks did come off with a slightly damp cloth but clearly not in new condition and seller wasn’t really interested/concerned. Could have opened a case but didn’t seem worth the effort. But this is one of those rare occasions where I can’t truthfully recommend this seller

Hat was new with the tag on and so clearly was the item listed , and couldn’t possibly wear a hat with a tag on so very wrong to say otherwise I explained it had been in storage and couldn’t explain any marks implied . I stated any of my items that are marked or flawed are listed as such and to my knowledge this wasn’t . I am a reputable honest seller as my feedback clarifies and feel this feedback received is debatable . It was an absolute bargain buy .
