We have been selling bathroom products over the internet since 2004, thats five years of finding the perfect shower enclosure for any space.
The internet is our only showroom, keeping our costs low and allowing us to pass the savings onto our customers.
Our customer comments are our reputation and couldn't be happier with the results.
Payment policy
We accept paypal, credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders, BACS and CHAPS.
Delivery information
We use two lovely courier companies to deliver our items to you, most deliveries are completely FREE of charge, there are only a few areas that we have to charge a small fee for, please see our shop for full details of these areas.
We also ensure that your item reaches you ASAP, all small items are delivered on a next day service with larger items on a two day service. We also offer a wealth of postage upgrades to be flexible around your busy schedule.
Return policy
We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy, which DOES NOT include décor, change of circumstances or incompatibility issues, in these instances you are welcome to return the item(s) for a refund but you will be liable to pay a 20% restocking fee and the couriers returns costs, which are charged at a minimum of £25.00, this is more expensive if the collection address is located in one of the surcharge areas. Be aware it may be cheaper for you to return the item yourself using your own courier. We do recommend, if arranging your own return, you ensure the item is adequately insured as we will not refund transit damaged items. The goods must be received in the condition they were sent and in the original packaging. A refund for the difference will then be issued. Do not be offended if you are requested to send photographic images before a collection/replacement is arranged, this merely enables us to correctly identify the problem and any replacement needed.
