Excellent experience - product as described, packaging and protection - top notch and worth a special mention alone. Received within the delivery window BUT it's a bug bear of mine that items are marked as dispatched when the postage is bought/label generated. It can be days before the courier actually sees the goods. I hate this approach business are taking now - it's misleading when the customer receives an email to say it is dispatched - when it clearly is not. It's going to lead to problems.
