We are authorised by Allen & Heath, Citronic, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, EMU, Roland, and have recently been authorised by Mackie and Tapco. We are recommended by most UK manufacturers for carrying out non-warranty service on their equipment as we offer free estimates and a speedy turn around on most units, including a while-you-wait service at no extra cost.

We deal with everyone from the pub singer to international studios and take care of all equipment from small guitar combos to digital mixing desks; this includes valve and power amplifiers, speakers, keyboards, decks & DJ mixers and lighting units and computers. We have been repairing equipment for sixteen years.

We can supply PSUs, custom cables, metalwork, manufacturers spare parts etc. We can source rare spares for all makes and types of equipment and also make custom units to customer specifications. We carry a large stock of spares for most manufacturers and hold accounts with pretty much all suppliers of goods. We also have a graveyard of units which we delve into to help customers who own obsolete equipment. We are equally happy to deal with trade suppliers / retailers and the public on a personal level and we carry out work on-site for theatres etc. We also work with many insurance companies to deal with claims ranging from flooded studios to accidental damage.

We carry a large stock of spare parts to cover most eventualities. If you are curious as to technical know-how why not ask - you can watch your own repair - service centres are not black holes! Our repairs are usually carried out the same day if parts are in stock; this is for all of our customers, both warranty and non-warranty as we do not want you to be without your units for longer than necessary. All of our repairs carry a 3 month return to base warranty on work carried out. If we carry out work on behalf of a manufacturer we will honour their warranty.
