We have been in business since 1992. We have a store located in New York City called Purple Passion. In 2001 we bought our competitior called DV8 and move into our current 4,000 sq ft store. We are now expanding into Ebay. We are fortunate that we have great resources, we carry a large inventory of items and becuase we have been in business for over 15 years, we have many great resources, manufaturers, designers for clothing, corsets exotic and regular adult toys. This allows us to have great prices which we then pass these savings onto our customers. We have won numerous awards in New York to name a few: 1995 we won business person of the year, 2002 named the best place to buy a corset in NYC, in 2003 awarded the best place to buy toys in New York City and others. Our store is open 7 days a week. We have great customer services, always pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise and our pricing. We will exchange/replace faulty products. We accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. For Mature items we accept money orders, and personal checks. This may change later.

We will ship the items using USPS Priority mail unless otherwise stated. We sometimes ship with UPS. We will ship the items usually 1-2 days after the payment is received. We also have our store where we get daily UPS pickups.

Faulty / broken unused merchandise will be exchanged.
