History/background
Purplepuss.com was created in 2003 by a mad Scotswoman to sell handmade candles and incense. After moving to Suffolk the business really took off and Purplepuss now stocks all sorts of pagan and esoteric goods, crystals, jewellery and aromatherapy items. We are a small, friendly, family run company. If you have any queries we will be happy to help. :o)

Payment policy
We apologise that we only accept PayPal due to the high amount of cheques of the rubber variety being in circulation!

Delivery information
Postage and Packing is charged by weight... if the item is heavy the P&P will reflect this. We do offer discounts for multiple items.

Return policy
All sales are final but if you have a problem with any of our goods please contact us immediately. All our items are sent out in excellent condition. If however your item is damaged we will replace the item and refund the cost of 1st class postage if returned within 7 days.
