Returns New Items Postage Costs or return costs are non refundable under any circumstances. All Transportation costs relating to the return of goods is at the buyer’s expense. All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with you the buyer. This allows us the seller to be able to re sell the item as brand new. If the item is not resalable as new when returned we would not issue a refund.
