We are an internet based business and we have been selling diamond jewellery for many years. We source our diamonds directly from the manufacturers around the world. Our prices are much much cheaper in comparison with many high street retailers, because our overheads are low and we are able to pass on the savings to our customers.
We believe very strongly in providing the highest level of service and care to our customers. We understand that it is difficult to envisage the colour, clarity and size of the diamonds over the internet. We therefore encourage our customers to contact us if their purchase is not to their expectation.

Payment policy
We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards, Paypal, Personal Cheques, GBP Postal Orders and Cashiers Cheques. To make a payment via Debit or Credit Cards plaese contact our Customer Services Helpline on 0845 0945 245. Please make e-mail contact within 3 days of auction's end and Payment must be received within 7 days of auction's end.
Delivery information
Orders will be shipped once payment is cleared.
Shipments will ONLY be made to confirmed shipping addresses.
For UK deliveries Buyer will pay £5.75 for insured next working day delivery.
For International deliveries Buyer will pay £7.75 for delivery via Royal Mail international Signed For.
Return policy
If for any reason you wish to return the item you have purchased, we have a 7-day money back policy, after deductions have been made for shipping costs and 20% restocking charges.
Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item and have verified the item by our gemmologists. This usually takes approximately 2 weeks.
Altered, switched, damaged or used items will not be refunded.
Customers are required to pay the return shipping fees. We recommend that an insured postal service is used as we cannot be held responsible/ liable for lost or damaged mail.
Health and Safety Regulations state that all pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless proven faulty, damaged or lost whilst in delivery. Unfortunately therefore, due to health and safety reasons, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PIERCED EARRINGS unless they have been damaged in transit. We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage upon delivery before signing for receipt.
