We will never list an item unless we have it in stock so you can be sure there will be no long waiting periods. We sell only genuine and high quality products for great prices, so you can always feel safe shopping with us.

Payment policy
We accept payment by PayPal (this is our preferred payment method and there, are no extra charges incurred), Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Direct Bank Transfer. If making payment by Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Direct Bank Transfer please contact us first. International buyers PayPal only please in Pounds Sterling only. Payment to be made within 3 calendar days but please make contact within 1 calendar day.

Delivery information
Postage costs are for postage, packaging and handling. We post items purchased before 7:00am (GMT; London time) on the same day from Monday to Friday. All our items are delivery in plain packages with no outward sign of the cotents. Non EU customers although a rare occurence you may be liable to customs duty on your purchase as the importer.

Return policy
Qualitylingerie4you will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customer if the product is delivered with one of these two conditions: 1. Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 3 business days. After return wrong product we will ship to you correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges) 2. Defective product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 3 business days to return the product. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product e will ship out a replacement to you right away. PLEASE NOTE - For reasons of hygiene intimate lingerie (underwear, tights, stockings, swimwear, hats) canot be returned
