All our items are dispatched using UPS on a next working day service. Although they are a little more expensive for us to use (which means we do not profit in any way from the charges unlike many other rugsellers on ebay) we are always guarenteed a top class service.

The return of any rug will be accepted but we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. We will not be responsible for the arrangements of, or costing involved, in returning the rug. A refund for the full value of the rug only (not including postage costs) will be issued upon receipt of the returning rug in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Unlike many other sellers we DO NOT charge any extra 're-integration' fees on any returned rug.
