We have been dealing in USA & UK Comics for over 40 years and have 10, 000 on sale - most at 50pence each.Lots of old Film, Car, Music & Vintage Glamour Magazines on sale, as well. My Mum staring selling a few Books in the Rag Market, circa 1964, and we have had several shops over the years - not of which have made much money as we are still plogging on.Currently we have a small shop at 137 Digbeth,B5 6DR - Open to the Public all Week.I started to sell some of our books and my household goods on ebay a few years ago,but didn't relise how much time and software you need !It is mainly a promotional tool for our shop.We are well known in the area for being more than fair.We do not have a website,as we are not sure how to go about making one ! I also do Cooking Jobs and worked 7 morning a week,for two years,doing the breakfast shift( average 25 Full English per day ) at a local Hotel,where i had to work all on my own ( aahh !) - doing all the cooking,serving,washing up and answering the phone ,checking guests into the hotel, signing for deliveries - often all at the same time !

We Accept Paypal and Cheques an Postal Orders. We may consider Escrow and Bank Drafts. But due to recent high costs,no longer accept credit cards at our shop or stall - but you can always ask us to keep items aside and dash to a ATM. And Cash in Person or Post at Your Own Risk - we advise you to put hide cash inside a thick letter or book.

We pack according to how much protection we think a item needs,this may account for most of the postage cost,you are welcome to suggest less wrapping,to lower the cost. Overseas,we wrap the item in Polythene,in case it falls in the sea. The First One or Two Pound is often for the Jiffy Bag. Often the Overseas Postage is Overestimated ,if i don't think USA buyers will want UK comics etc, So you are welcome to query any costs as i may have listed item quickly and not checked the Oversea's Postage. I post on Monday & Wednesday,or Saturday Morning if item urgent.Please email if you require recorded or guarantee before 10am delivery.To speed up the whole process,i often just refund any overpaid postage after visiting the post office and posting the parcel .Likewise it would be nice if some buyers could send additional postage costs if i have under estimated.Wishful thinking,i know !

In Case of Human Error or if i have posted you the wrong item,please email or phone to arrange how best to proceed.Don't send by Expensive Parcel Force,we are not here at 8am and will have to walk to the depot.

You do not need to use up your ink and print out the ebay page,just enclose name,address and which item buying.Also note i post ASAP and trust cheque to clear.

You can park outside on the pavement for 10 mins or longer in our car park for large items.I also may consider delivering large items locally on Sunday's.etc.Otherwise just pop in anytime.
