Great seller who is very responsive! Good communication makes all the difference. Sadly all 4 mugs were damaged in transit, despite the seller marking the box as fragile and packaging well with bubble wrap. It's clear the mugs would've been mint condition and exactly as described, had the courier not mishandled the package.
