We, at The Quilters Wagon accept payments by Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards(you will need to ring us to use this service) Cheques and Postal Orders
Delivery information
Postage and Packing is charged at Cost. Please don't forget that the cost of sending items to you is not just the cost of a stamp!! The price quoted includes packaging materials such as bags, paper, bubble wrap etc. If you think your item may be lost in the post you must notify us as soon as possible. The Post Office Lost Items Policy states that claims for losses will not be entertained until 14 days from the date of posting. So please be patient. We obtain proof of posting for ALL items we send out. We keep these proof of posting slips for 28 days after the date of posting and then we destroy them. So this means that after 28 days - we cannot consider any claims for loss through non delivery.
Return policy
We accept returns on goods that are faulty. Please be assured that all items are thoroughly checked before they leave us. We always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We will exchange or refund faulty goods according to your wishes. If you want to exchange an item that is not faulty you must contact us prior to sending any goods back to us We will then discuss and agree on a course of action. You will be responsible for return postage and packaging and we will not refund either the original postage cost or the cost of the return postage or packaging. Items must be in a new, re-saleable condition.
