All our prices and carriage include VAT We accept Paypal, credit/debit cards, cheques and postal orders. Payments can be made by most Credit and Debit cards by phoning us during office hours (Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm) Tel: 01494 485229 We will only dispatch to the registered address of the Credit/Debit card. eCheques through Paypal take 7-10 days to clear, not 3-4 days as stated by Paypal. Payments by cheque will require 5 days clearance before dispatch. Please make cheques and postal orders out to Quires Ltd and attach a copy of the item you are paying for. Non paying bidders will receive negative feedback and reported to Ebay so that we can be refunded for our seller’s fees.

We do not dispatch to PO Boxes or BFPO’s. We charge a flat rate of £5.99 regardless of value, size or quantity of your purchases. Please ask for our carriage costs if you live in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isles and Channel Isles as our couriers do not cover these areas. We attempt to dispatch within 1-2 working days by courier, all items are insured FOC and a signature is required on receipt. Items returned to us due to the buyer not being present at the time of three attempted deliveries will incur charges for the return and will need to pay additional carriage costs for the items to be sent again. We accept returns providing we are notified within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be made via the same method that they were paid for less any carriage charges. Please make sure you enclose the relevant documents so that we can make a swift refund.
