We will only sell machines & parts that we can get spare parts or repair kits for so you don't have to replace the item with new(I AM A YORKSHIRE MAN) from guns, lances, patio cleaners, foam bottles ect. Also tell you over the phone how to repair.

We use royal mail recorded delivery and weights above 2Kg are normally sent with www.interparcel.com Where Multiple items are bought, our policy is to refund back the extra you have paid by weighing all items and adding £0.50 to the cost it as cost us in total to post the item to you. we then refund back the extra you have paid. So if we are charged £2.00 we will charge you £2.50, if we have charged you incorrect please let us correct the mistake. The extra £0.50 is to cover the printing, wrapping, stationery and overheads because we do run a business and want the item you have bought to be undamaged & in the correct state for which you have bought.

Save for any item incorrectly supplied, we may at our ultimate discretion accept unwanted or unsuitable stock items provided; they are returned within 7 days of delivery with our prior written authorisation, they are returned at your own expense and risk until received by us, they have been unopened, they are in their original and undamaged packaging, they have not been used whatsoever, they still remain in a saleable condition and the original purchase invoice (not a copy) accompanies the item. A refund will then be made within 28 days subject to a 25% restocking and handling charge, less any Ebay/Paypal fees incurred, less any carriage charges paid or, in the case of original free delivery, less a packing charge of £10.00 + VAT. Special orders, installations, custom-made or adapted equipment are non-returnable.
