Collecting records has always been a passion of mine. While I listen to music on a variety of formats, I'm still a vinyl junkie. I've been dealing in vinyl since 1988 and collecting for far longer. My own collection takes in a wide range of genres and is constantly expanding. These days I sell a lot of CDs and DVDs (as there is such a large market for them) so these do form the bread and butter of my business. There are certainly some great titles on CD with bonus and previously unreleased material regularly turning up along with collections and reissues by artists who are long-forgotten by most of the population. So I'm not averse to owning CDs but records are where I started out and where my real interest lies. Obviously the better the condition, the happier I am.

I've been trading in CDs and records since 1988 and have hundreds of different titles in stock. Most of my CDs are just £4.99. I also sell DVDs and videos, music memorabilia, books, jigsaws, toys and games. All my items are available for sale worldwide with competitive prices and realistic postage rates. Worldwide postage costs are listed in all item descriptions. Buyers from outside the UK, please add an extra £3.50 if you require International Signed For - compensation up to £36 (or £5.70 for compensation up to £500). Non-UK buyers will be quoted for Airmail but can select Surface Mail by request. However, please be aware that Surface Mail, while cheaper, can take as long as 12 weeks to arrive. When I started selling, CDs were still relatively new, and my entire stock was vinyl. Now I still have a huge stock of vinyl and am selling more and more in my ebay shop. I'd love to be able to grade every record I list as Mint but real life isn't like that! I aim to describe every record's condition as accurately as I want when I'm the buyer. If I grade a record as Mint then that's what you can expect but if it's not Mint then I'll say so and it'll also be priced accordingly. Have a look at Record Collector Magazine's grading guide which is the standard guide in the UK and is listed in full in my Vinyl Grading guide in the left panel; from this you can see that EX and VG should still be totally acceptable to listen to and even Good shouldn't mean completely Bad! If Mint is what you want then a record described as Mint should be indistinguishable from brand new; the older the record, the harder it'll be to find. There are a lot less Mint records than many people would have you believe.
