I don't often get issues which cannot be resolved. One was the post service damaged an item, great guy selling and was resolved quick. Another a seller sent item (she said) then went on holiday. She didn't reply whilst she was away but then, I wouldn't have known she was away! When she got back she replied that she'd sent the item 4 days after taking my money and suggested I contact the Post Office ( I did, they had nothing). I asked what she planned to do now else I'd have to try and get my money back but she didn't reply. I also said over and over that if her communication didn't improve I'd have to leave negative feedback on that if nothing else. Time came, I left polite negative and she was rude on my page leaving personal comments with a negative ... some people just have no people skills!
