I have a website that stocks everything needed for Cardmaking & Scrapbooking. I also sell my own Handcrafted Cards, Wedding Stationary & Handmade Shabby Chic Vintage Style items designed for the country home.

Due to ongoing Card Commissions & Orders on my website, I am unable to personalise any Handmade Cards I have for sale on Ebay or offer any samples of my Handmade Wedding Stationary.

As a Business Seller I will treat my ebay customers as I would treat those who come to my 'real shop'. I will be very fair and polite with you if I receive the same. I do not respond to discourteous people or threats of negative feedback. Ebay is not my main source of income and therefore I do not strive to preserve my 100o/o feedback.

Payment accepted by UK - Bank Transfer (email for details), Moneybookers, PPPay.com Instant, Nochex and Paypal from a Confirmed Address & if Eligible for Seller Protection Only. I do not accept Postal payments. Strictly No E-Cheques

Handmade Items will have 30p postage discount which will automatically appear at checkout for each subsequent item purchased when paid for within 7 days on one combined invoice. All other items have a 50p discount. Items requiring immediate payment are not eligible for discount. Items are usually posted within 3 working days. Monday - Friday

Items are described in detail and therefore I do not anticipate the need for a return. In exceptional circumstances returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. ALL postage costs will be at buyers expense and are not refundable.
