Realm of MerFaery (RoMF) was created in 2009 by artist and writer Louise Heyden. Louise is a self-taught artist and enjoys creating enchanted items using techniques such as sculpting, papercrafting, painting, jewellery-making, embroidery, embossing, enameling and much more. As a writer, Louise has written a published book for school librarians, Booked In, available from EPrint Publishing, and writes extensively for the web, including as a contributing writer for suite101, Faezine and Squidoo.

Realm of MerFaery accepts Paypal, cheques and postal orders from UK customers, and Paypal only for international customers. Please allow cheques 4 working days to clear before item is posted.

Realm of MerFaery ensures that all items are meticulously wrapped and safely packaged in strong envelopes or boxes in order to get an item to you securely. RoMF feels very strongly about the environment, and where possible, packaging used is made from either recycled or reused materials. Where this is not possible, RoMF endeavours to source eco-friendly new materials.

Realm of MerFaery accepts returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please note the refund does not include the original cost of posting. OOAK items are very special and RoMF therefore insures packages sent out, so any loss or damage is covered, should such situations arise. In such instances, please contact me with the full details and I will put through a claim for loss or damage. Please be patient during this time as I am in the hands of Royal Mail or similar! I will however always keep you up to date with where the claim is.
