History/background
Ex RAF then London Polytechnic to learn Jewelery and did that as a business until recently. Also spent 5 years as a Marriage Guidance Councellor in the 90s.
Payment policy
Pay Pal but always ask if you want another method. Green Shield stamps are not taken
Delivery information
I do not overcharge postage to make extra profit, if it is more than the postage fee then you can sure its well packed, safe, insured and includes time to pack and post
Return policy
Returns always accepted and refund in full if I have misinformed in my listing. I do not refund postage fees normally and items over £50 I will also deduct EBay/PayPal fees I have been charged. Any Electrical item DOA must be informed within 24 hours by email and returned in 4 days of receipt by the method it was sent. This is not written in stone so we can sort things out amicably.
