We ALWAYS recommend that you build test any item from us as soon as you get it. Errors do occur from time to time and you may find an accessory or brick missing or even the wrong colour. We pride ourselves on the 100% complete status we advertise and in the unlikely even of that happening, then please contact us straight away and a replacement will be sent to you the very next day.

I only accept PayPal. Sorry, but other methods cause more problems than they solve. Please don't ask for a wire transfer, money order, cheque or postal order... it's just not happening.

My postage and packing charges are ALWAYS fair. They represent the actual cost of the postage and materials used. My dispatch day is always the Monday after your purchase and we usually use recorded delivery or international signed for as our preferred method to prevent items going missing in the post.

If an item is faulty, then please return it straight away and it will be replaced without question. If the item is not in stock, then I will provide you with a refund.

99% of the images used in my auctions are self generated. On the action figures a LOT of time has gone into getting these images perfect so my customers can see EXACTLY what they are getting. If you want to use my images on your website, please ask. If you want to use them in an auction, I'm afraid you will have to get your own. ebaY has a policy on image theft and if you insist on using my work your auction WILL be shut down.
