Payment policy
Prefer PayPal - although PayPal haven't been very kind to me of recent date. A series of failed Direct Debits in the last 3 or 4 months which my Bank claims are entirely PayPal's fault (for presenting the 'wrong reference') and which PayPal say is due to the NatWest returning the Direct Debits unpaid, has left me in the middle, with both organizations blaming each other! The net result is I have 'lost' nearly six years trading history with PayPal and am now listed as a 'newcomer'! I am very disappointed about this and anyone who has tried will understand how utterly impossible it is to resolve these matters with PayPal. At the time of writing this (Oct 2008) I am still in the process of having to re-submit my bank details for yet another time and open a 'new' Direct Debit! And yet I STILL much prefer PayPal for both buying and selling and dearly hope they get their Customer Services act together. When it works, there's nothing to beat it but when it goes wrong ........

Delivery information
I charge a fair post and packing fee. More-often-than-not the box/container any item is shipped in is bought (new) specially. I am happy to send goods to any part of the World and use (usually) DHL as my primary carrier. Inland, Royal Mail First Class have always served me well.

Return policy
I am always happy to consider a return if you feel an item has been wrongly-described or if it is received dead-on-arrival!
