If you would like to return any items, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Pack your item(s) in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose a packing slip. 1. Goods MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions). 2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging. 3. Goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you receive your order. 4. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. 5. A full refund would be made within 30 days from cancellation (excluding postage & packaging) provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition.
