We have been an ebay member for over 10 years, even though it states registered in 2004, we had another account previously.
Payment policy
We only accept paypal via ebay
Delivery information
Most of our items offer Free P+P (actually included in the total cost of the item) within the UK. We charge less than the actual cost of postage to International customers.
Return policy
We charge a 20% restocking fee as this covers the cost of postage should our customer wishes to return an item. Our full policy is contained within our ebay shop and on our About Me page. When customers make a purchase they are agreeing to abide by the terms stated. We do not appreciate negative feedback from customers who did not read them prior to purchasing.

Star Ratings
We have noticed that some of our customers have marked us down on the category - Dispatch time. Can I please remind customers - this is the time for us to dispatch your item into the postal system, not how long it takes to get to you! Whilst Royal Mail endevours to meet its own targets, they are beyond our control and we feel it unfair that we are marked down for their failings.
Lost items
Please allow 25 WORKING days from dispatch to report to us items not received within the UK - this is longer for International customers. We no longer issue refunds until Royal Mail has performed its investigation (which takes about 30 days after receiving the forms from us). Their policy has changed and includes them writing to buyers to confirm non receipt. If they do not receive a responce then they will not compensate. In these cases, the buyer accepts liability for not responding and forgoes any sort of compensation from us. We will only refund once Royal Mail refunds us and will be explained to both ebay and paypal should a customer choose to complain through these channels.
