Purchased item, seller advertised postage as Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. A next day service. It transpires seller did not post using advertised service. Ordered in 10th Feb & still don’t have the item. Had to open a case with e-bay to get a refund. Communication really poor & despite requesting a tracking number several times, none was ever sent. Seller said they have refunded & cancelled delivery. I’m not sure that the item was ever posted!! Not a good experience. Avoid!
