Retro Styler Ltd was formed in October 2009 and consists of this eBay store, along with our own Retro Styler website (Soon to be listed on Google). The idea for our All Retro store was first conceived earlier in the year whilst we were shopping around for our own retro goodies (Did we forget to mention that we LOVE anything retro!?). Over time we have got to know many different retro shops on the web, some selling retro clothes, others that sell only retro sweets etc, but we were yet to come across a Retro Superstore - a one-stop-shop where we could go for all of our retro products. It was then that we thought Aha! This is just what us Retro Fans need!! and so Retro Styler was born. So if you love retro as we do please come along and Join the Retro Revolution.

The great news here is that all Postage and Packaging is FREE for all orders delivered within the UK! You can also choose a Guaranteed Next Day courier service if you wish although we aim to dispach items within 24 hours anyway. For international orders we use an international 'signed for' service.

Items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please E-mail us your reasons and ensure whenever returning a product that you include your item number(s) and your eBay username. The restocking fee is only charged if you purchase the incorrect size (which requires exchange) or if you decide you no longer want your item(s). We need to charge this fee because: • Our staff will need work doubly hard, if they have to issue a replacement! • Postage and packaging costs – As we offer a free service to our customers • We may need to re-list your original item • We incur fees and commission on every Paypal & eBay transaction We also ask that you ensure to pay the correct return postage (many people use a 1st class stamp instead of a large stamp. We are unable to collect underpaid parcels from the Post Office which unfortunately can result in some refunds/ replacements not being made.
