We accept all debit/credit cards including American Express. Please contact us by phone or email between 10:00 and 19:00 UK time Monday - Saturday to pay by credit/debit card. PLEASE NOTE that we can only ship the item to the registered address of the cardholder. Personal cheques and banker’s drafts are also accepted; cheques take 4 working days to clear. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to MUSIC GROUND LTD. You may also pay for and collect the item in person.

All of our new items are covered by a 1 year warranty (UK only) against any manufacturing defect not clearly defined in the item description. This warranty does not cover any objective issues, such as playability or tone. Refunds are only given in cases where an item is deemed to be faulty and that the fault cannot be rectified without compromising the quality of the item, and where a direct replacement is not available. Unwanted items will only be exchanged for other goods or for a credit note. Credit will only be issued if the item is returned in the condition in which it was purchased. Used items are covered by a 30 day warranty.
