We are very patient, we think with payments, but we have a good reason for needing to raise money, so we have to say to the non-paying bidders who waste our time not to expect too much in the way of leniency. Happily, 99.9% of our customers are brilliant!

We cannot check every item - some are factory sealed and sold as such. Whether or not there is a manufacturer's guarantee, we do accept returns for faulty items. As we seem to have been frtunate in generally sending out good stock, this hardly arises, but we're not complacent.

Like everyone, we need extra cash, but in our case it is so we can assist with our daughter's trips to France for medical assistance for a rare condition called 'dystonia'. Happily, her treatment is fantastic and she leads a normal life. (see www.dystonia.org.uk for more details. Our target is to raise by commercial means the amount required to pay for travel and accommodation for our daughter. Happily, the NHS pays the medical part, but we pay the non-medical part. We are happy to say that we have been able to do this since we started up and also can give part of our surplus to The Dystonia Society to help other children with this condition.
