My name is Paul Hurst and amongst other things I run my company ebay sales.

Based in Treorchy, in the South Wales Valleys. Ribbons Ltd has been making high quality narrow fabrics for over 20 years. We are the only UK webbing manufacturer or supplier with the required approvals for the automotive industry.

We accept Paypal and Cheques on ebay. The B&M business accepts all sorts of transfer methods. We do not accept Credit Cards at present.

We charge base post plus a few pennies for our consumables used in sending goods. This is always less than 10 pence. With larger orders and special orders we often waive all packing and handling fees. For heavier items we often suggest courier service and simply charge the couriers fee including VAT and thats all. We will always combine multi payments and will negotiate discounts on volumes and everything you would expect of a business. Please ask for revised invoices on mutliple items. We refund excess charges via paypal in any case.

For lost goods and claims under the DSR we simply abide by the rules 100% and refund the goods and original P&P. We do not cover the cost of returns of transactions canceled under the DSR's. In the event of a claim for faulty or damaged goods we issue the refund immediately. We do NOT pay the return P&P until we have received and inspected the returns. We always refund the return P&P after inspection where goods are proven to be faulty or damaged.

Please note that at present our business days are Monday to Friday. Sales made on a Friday afternoon will most likely be sent out on Monday. We view sales and payments over the weekend as received on Monday. We cannot commit to ship within 1 business day because stuff happens. Nevertheless we still ship within 1 day for 99% of our sales. We extended our terms to 2 - 3 business days to cover all eventualities. We offer faster courier delivery if it is specifically asked for, we suggest and sometimes insist it is used for heavier consignments.
